C12 – Tree type mapping

This candidate service will provide decision-makers with a powerful new tool to track forest restructuring in response to climate change, support sustainable forest management strategies and provide harmonised, high-resolution information for European and national policies. The raster product at 10m spatial resolution covers at least 13 different tree type classes on genus and species level.
