C8 – Continuous imperviousness monitoring

The High-Resolution Layers imperviousness product monitors the percentage of soil sealing and captures the spatial distribution of artificially sealed areas including the level of sealing of the soil per area unit every three years. The main objective of the candidate is to demonstrate the potential for continuous monitoring of the imperviousness degree and demonstrate incremental updates of HRL Imperviousness. Continuous monitoring techniques and integration of new EO data will be assessed for this prototype development.
